Kids and Cancer and Steven Herrmann, MD, Ph.D., were honored at Bradford Regional Medical Center’s eighth annual Spring Swing Gala April 14 at the Pennhills Club. Dr. Herrmann, Bradford-based cardiologist with General Physician, PC, a division of Kaleida Health,  received the Physician Philanthropy Excellence Award for his dedication to providing heart care and education and support in the community. Kids and Cancer was presented with the Community Philanthropy Excellence Award for assisting families in need and organizations that help in the fight against childhood and adult cancer and other debilitating diseases for 20 years.
